The Yellow Phantom Tetra is a small and fun schooling fish. Males try to out-do each other by fully extending their fins and displaying to each other. Looks best in a planted tank.

Feeding :

Usually kept in planted tanks, aquarium lighting is essential for healthy aquatic plants. They enjoy darker waters, therefore we suggest using a dimabled LED lighting .

Substrate :

Dark coloured substrates make this fish feel more secure and allow for excellent viewing of the fish.

They are accustomed to medium to large plants in their natural habitat and enjoy a well-planted aquarium with some open swimming space.
